In order to receive the Bonus you must agree to the following:
-Offer applies only to employees who have not worked for TEC in the past 90 days.
-The TEC Employee Must Complete 180 hours of work.
-The TEC Employee Must Complete all scheduled Hours of Work to exceed 30 hours or more each week.
-The Bonus Will Not Be Paid If:
---The Employee has an unexcused absence.
---The Employee is tardy more than 1 time.
---If the Employee receives any disciplinary action while on assignment.
Bonuses will expire if not requested within 30 days of the qualification date.
It is the responsibility of the person receiving the bonus to call and request payment. Failure to do so within the 30 days of the qualifying date will result in the forfeiture of the bonus payment.
