Job Description and Requirements: 

The purpose of this
position is to implement support services solutions, including (but not limited
to) those related to Incident, Problem and Projects in his/her perimeter. NOT
limited to:

  • Be main contact for
    support related issues for users on own perimeter, being directly responsible
    for VIP support and performing operational vendor management.
  • Supervise and
    support local service provider team regarding technical and operational issues
  • Be focal point
    to users for support related issues
  • Operate and
    manage local infrastructure following technical procedures and/or orientation
    from the Regional Infrastructure team
  • Lead the local
    and/or regional efforts in the projects conducted in the perimeter
  • Analyze user requirements
    and design the specifications for IT services and local infrastructure demands
  • Analyze and
    propose technical specifications and scope in the infrastructure and support
    services projects in local and regional perimeters
  • Produce project
    charts and conduct kickoff meetings eventually
  • Participate on creation
    and execution of project work plans, reviewing as appropriate to meet changing
    needs and requirements
  • Support project
    budget management. Track and report team hours and expenses
  • Design and
    deliver end-user training and training materials

 

Experience / Background:

  • Requires
    1+ year experience in infrastructure projects and leadership
  • Requires
    minimum 3 year of experience on IT support services
  • Experience
    in IT Support Services, especially ‘end user’
    environment

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree
    in computer science, information systems, or computer engineering is desirable
