Job Description and Requirements: 

2-3 years Customer service experience required. Interaction with customers concerning their

accounts or general policy and procedures either by telephone, electronically or written communication.

Skills required:  Proper phone etiquette, bilingual a plus, problem solving skills, accurate record keeping, accurate typing, accurate data entry skills, good listening skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
